I took the scenic route to AI.
It gave me a better map.
Computer science taught me to build. Mathematics taught me to question the foundations. AI brought those two worlds together.
Teaching added the part I care about just as much: making difficult ideas click for someone else. I’ve supported university courses in machine learning mathematics, data analytics, and advanced AI, while working with students from a wide range of backgrounds.
My work has also taken me through student services, international student orientation, mathematics events, and the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador community. Technology works better when you understand the people using it.
